Coal of Africa (CoAL) Completed Acquisition Of NuCoal Mining

Coal of Africa reported progress Mining NuCoal acquisition process. Coal of Africa has completed the sale of shares agreement, after the 10% adjustment to reflect the retention of working capital position. Coal of Africa approved the purchase price is NuCocal mining R467 million.

Coal director Simon Farrell said, “The acquisition appears Cement Coal NuCoal position as a coal producer South Africa, the Company changed to a multi-site manufacturers, both placed to take advantage of current strength, and attractive prospects, the global coal market.”
