USCorp, updates shareholders and other interested individuals regarding its progress.
Management is pursuing ongoing negotiations with a number of individuals representing various mining companies and has uploaded proprietary technical data to a secure website for viewing by industry professionals as discussed in our October 22, 2009 press release.
USCorp is ready to joint-venture, merge, acquire or be acquired, or use some other model in order to develop USCorp`s properties.
Estimates of gold and silver at Twin Peaks in Arizona, USA and Picacho Salton in California, USA will be updated when we finish Phase 3 drilling, collecting, analyzing and integrating that data. Then we expect to have a clear idea of the gold and silver ore body structures.
The drilling program planned for California is ready to go forward pending final permitting and adequate financing.
